    Its a really sad moment when you see pictures of a group of your friends hanging out and actually think to yourself “wow I’m kinda glad I didn’t go.”

    Sometimes you’re hurting so much that you don’t even know what to pray or how to pray. Sometimes a situation feels so painful that you’re at a total loss for words. So you get down on your knees, and all you can do is cry. You know what? That’s a prayer to God. These verses promise that the Holy Spirit knows what’s going on in your life, and he’ll intercede for you with God. When you have no words to say, let the Spirit turn your sighs into prayers to God. He promises to hear.

    1-corinthians10-13:

    In the same way, The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because they Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will.

Are you experiencing some type of pain in your life today? I encourage you to read through these Bible verses after praying and asking God to use them to give you peace. Comfort in the Lord Psalm 18:2 The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalm 34:18 The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.     Whatever you allow into your heart (through the GATES of your eyes, ears, and mouth) will influence your thinking, which influences your choices, which influences the direction of your life, which influences the quality of your life. The choice certainly is yours but you will never have an EXCELLENT quality of life with a polluted mind and heart.
